feat: new binding for bpmn:ConditionalEventDefinition

Description

Document the new binding types for element templates for bpmn:ConditionalEventDefinition.

When should this change go live?

• This is a bug fix, security concern, or something that needs urgent release support. (add bug or support label)
• This is already available but undocumented and should be released within a week. (add available & undocumented label)
• This is on a specific schedule and the assignee will coordinate a release with the Documentation team. (create draft PR and/or add hold label)

Hi @jarekdanielak 😄 Is this in draft because you have additional changes incoming? Is this set to go out with a particular release as well?

@christinaausley this is likely to go live with alpha 5, I updated the labels.

I will work on this soon, and tag it ready for review when I'm done.
