feat: Option to restrict the resizeable to maxWidth of the whole table in addResizedColumn plugin.

It would be a good feature to have a restriction for resize the column within the boundary of table maxWidth. Whenever i resizing the last column of the table, the table will overflow beyond the width of the container. It would be nice to have an option to restrict the width.

I understand! I would love to help on this but I don't really have the bandwidth at the moment. You can look into the source for addResizedColumn and copy-paste that to modify, and I would love to get your help with a PR on this!
