Add react-smart-email-input and remove unmaintained react-credit-cards

Hi maintainers! 👋

I'd like to add react-smart-email-input to the Form Components -> Input Types section, and remove an unmaintained component to keep the list fresh, as per the contribution guidelines.

Added:

• react-smart-email-input - demo - Drop-in email input that pings live MX records, blocks disposable domains, and suggests corrections for typos.

Removed:

• react-credit-cards

Reason for removal:
The react-credit-cards component has not been updated in over 4 years and has multiple open issues regarding compatibility with modern React.

Checklist:

• Placed in the correct category (Input Types).
• Inserted in alphabetical order.
• Followed the formatting rules (No "React" in description, 1 line only).
• Removed 1 un-awesome component.
