Adds an option to add annotations to the compactor deployment.

Enables custom annotations in the deployment.

Thanks, when should I expect to see the new version on repositories? I still see 17.3.1 when performing helm search hub thanos so ArtifactHub is out of date and docker.io also has 17.3.1.

With the changes announced at #35164, we are not publishing new Bitnami container images or Helm charts to Docker Hub in OCI format. Since that moment, Helm charts' open-source code continues to be maintained up-to-date and accessible on GitHub under the Apache 2 license, but you need to package the chart on your own.

To continue getting new, hardened image versions, a Bitnami Secure Images subscription is required. Please take a look at the pinned issue linked above for full details.
