With 23 years of commercial experience in the tech industry, I’ve led multiple teams, grown managers and tech leads, and partnered with product, design, and data science to deliver measurable value, reliably and at scale.
In 2025, our AI business at Zendesk crossed $200M in ARR. That number showcases real impact: faster resolutions, higher CSAT, more productive agents, and trustworthy, transparent, and accountable AI solutions.
I lead with compassion, curiosity, and clarity. I invest in hiring and developing strong and diverse teams, creating systems of mutual accountability and psychological safety where people feel they belong, adopt new AI tools with confidence and discernment, do the best work of their careers, take calculated risks, and grow constantly.
