Summary

• Adds new parameter combinations to the Material Test Grid
• Fixes debouncing issue that prevented material test from updating when switching presets (New Material Test Grid Parameter combinations and speed label #187)
• Updates the grid producer, widget, and renderer to support expanded parameter options
