Description of changes:
Add label eks.amazonaws.com/pod-identity: "enabled" to pods using EKS Pod Identity to enable server-side filtering using lables.
Validated by deploying it to a cluster. Pods using IRSAV1 doesn't have label, pods using Pod identity has label, all other pods doesn't have label
