Hello. I am sorry to bother you, but, I noticed that the repo seems partially incomplete. I didn't change the main rival rebels code, I just made the readme file contain more information, and I included the forge source base files(build.gradle, gradlew, etc) so that it'll be easier for a user to build the mod development environment.
