(api-break) Do not block on_motion events in block_touch_events

on_motion は on_touch_xxx と引数の数が異なるので現状の block_touch_events は機能しない。

def on_motion(self, etype, me):
    ...
def on_touch_down(self, touch):
    ...

また on_motion イベントの事は実はまだ良くわかっていないので遮らないでおく事にする。
