適用範圍が思う程廣くないかもしれないので保留。例えばexamples/popping_widget.pyのignore_touch_downをこれに入れ替えるとボタンを押した後にボタンの色が戻らなくなる。(on_touch_upを遮っているのでこれは正しい振る舞い。)
