Description
The test was broken due to some changes in MCP typescript-sdk and filesystem mcp server. This PR fixes it first.
In addition to that, this PR also restructures the mcp-bridge test to be consistent with other ts-based tests.
In addition, due to stricter tsconfig constraints, the tsc compiler found a coding error in the lago test, which has been fixed along with it.
