Otherwise VCARDs without a CATEGORIES attribute will always get filtered out, if categories-filters are defined.

When filtering include VCARDs without CATEGORIES, if the filter list includes the empty string ("").
Otherwise VCARDs without a CATEGORIES attribute will always get filtered out, if categories-filters are defined.
