For normal users: plugin is activated and nothing is changed
For power users: adds ability to disable default agents in favor of custom usr, plugin and project agents
'default' profile is available only when there are no installed agent profiles. Other profiles in /a0/agents are still respected.
PR doesn't include plugin icon.
