Changes: * We drop the configuration for `Place` because it is identical with upstream. * The `PersonFromDNB.toml` had less lookups for `forename` & `surname` as the `E21_PersonFromDNB` class has. * The `InstitutionFromDNBCustom` inherits from `E74_GroupFromDNB` and thus has now a lot more filters and more label lookups. * The commented relation in `InstitutionFromWikidata.toml` is now activated
