docs: add WritBase to partners list

Adds WritBase to the A2A partners list.

WritBase is an MCP-native task management control plane for AI agent fleets — Postgres-backed, multi-tenant, with full provenance tracking. It includes bidirectional A2A↔WritBase status mapping alignment and supports inter-agent task delegation with assignment tracking and delegation safety.
