[Feat]: 1.0 Agents should be able to talk to 0.3 Agents and vice versa

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Once 1.0 spec and SDKs are available, users should be able to upgrade without a risk of loosing ability to connect (both ways) to existing, non-updated Agents.
