I'd personally suggest changing it to "Redump format ISOs to an XISO" to represent it's Redump formatted dumps, not "Redumps" (which one could say is just "Dumping it again", which is probably what Redump was named after) |

Seeing as PR #47 was merged, It seems appropriate to list this as a feature of Extract-XISO now.
