- Add optional peek flag to protocol content() methods\n- Use BODY.PEEK[TEXT] on IMAP protocol when fetch option is FT_PEEK\n- Pass FT_PEEK for legacy imap_fetchbody calls when requested\n- Wire Query/Message body fetch to request peek content for FT_PEEK\n- Accept BODY[...] responses for BODY.PEEK[...] requests
