Description

This pull request modifies the setup.py files for both ml-agents and ml-agents-envs to enable easy use with Python 3.10.11 in Google Colab.

Changes Made

• Updated the setup.py files for both ml-agents and ml-agents-envs to include Python 3.10.11 as a compatible version.
• Added additional dependencies required for running ml-agents and ml-agents-envs in Google Colab.
