New Features

  1. First/Last page shortcut now works on every valid webpage
  2. Page selection now works on every valid webpage
  3. Split Generated and Base rarities on the crafting screen.
  4. Merge shiny and non-shiny in collection (default: Deck only)
    1. Settings -> Library -> Merge Shiny Cards

Note: When these filter settings are applied, the rarity icons are semi-transparent (making them look darker)
