This code is meant to help anyone spin up a website that allows users to track their yoga activity. The rest of my development will happen in private. If you want to make this better open an MR and we will work on bugs.

MVP v1.0.0

MVP ( 2 sections - each with material, "Flow" and "Asana Postures").

I created this milestone last year July 2023. Today I recognize that this MVP goal has been accomplished. It could be polished but for the sake of "done over perfect" I am creating this release. I expect to iterate from here with non-breaking changes as I improve the app.

Basically there are two working sections that anyone can use. Flow will cover series of asana postures. Asana Postures will allow users to read details on those postures.
