This PR addresses some warnings where Jena is signalling rename/removal of operations.
The remaining warnings relate to use of the
OntModel.They relate to the switch to a new artifact jena-ontapi.
If the only requirement is for owl:imports processing, the source code to handle owl:imports could taken from Jena to remove the linkage.
