Remove redundant gzip decompression in Snowflake because HTTP.jl already handles this automatically (ref: https://juliaweb.github.io/HTTP.jl/stable/client/#decompress). Also remove the GZip.jl dependency since it's no longer used.
Note: the Snowflake code path appears to have no test coverage.
