Changes

• Added device definition files for SenseCAP T2000-A / T2000-B / T2000-C Tracker
• Added common uplink decoder / payload formatter
• Added transparent product images for each device
• Updated sensecap vendor index.yaml to include SenseCAP T2000-A / T2000-B / T2000-C Tracker

Checklist for Reviewers

• Title and description should be descriptive (Not just a serial number for example).
• profileIDs should not be vendorID and should be a unique value for every profile.
• All devices should be listed in the vendor's index.yaml file.
• Firmware versions can not be changed.
• At least 1 image per device and should be transparent.

Notes for Reviewers

• T2000 A/B/C share the same codec and payload structure
• Variants mainly differ in power options
• Decoder file is shared across models to reduce duplication
