Hi @ritikavar. Try to use Markdown here. The file you added is pretty plain and simple. The objective of this issue is to use Github Flavoured Markdown to enhance the look of the document.
Try learning some basic syntax of markdown from here Markdown Cheat-Sheet
For example: About can be converted to a heading using # About. See below output
