Use product name without version for editor name

This PR fixes an issue where the editor name sent to Testaustime included the version number, which was not
particularly meaningful and made grouping sessions by editor difficult.

If the old editor name was IntelliJ IDEA 2025.1.2, the new one will be IntelliJ IDEA.
