Bugfixing release after more extensive testing.

Resolving crashes due to 1-byte char strings implications.

0.26g.1 Modernized

First release of USBSnoop since 2010. The code has been modernized to use Visual Studio 2017 and CMake building system. The functionality stays the same. Tested on Windows 10 64-bit.
