Update spacecraft charging example

Updates to the example script:

• Do not store normalized fields inside the object as self.normalized_Ez, self.normalized_Er, etc. (since this would not work if there is load-balancing) and instead get them from the field register at each iteration
• Do not use multifab and instead use the multifab_register interface.
