Overview
Bumps the locked dev dependency dompurify from 3.4.11 to 3.4.12 in package-lock.json only; no package.json or application source changes.

The newer release includes sanitizer hardening (hooks for custom elements, safer behavior when hooks remove elements, declarative partial updates) and minor SVG attribute support—relevant only where HTML is sanitized, e.g. via the redoc dependency chain.
