This PR adds the 5 logos as requested by our new sponsor, dotcom-monitor
It looks better to split the sponsor logos from the used in production by logos.
The community/Ofun panel has also been reworked to avoid linking to dead or very out of date posts.
I am going to merge this directly for folks to review with the aim to release to production shortly.
