If we have a monolithic chair, then of course, as Daniele says, then all I want is power and it should be me :)
But as I said in the start of the AGM (and then repeated in more concise form at 5:00), I think the volunteer job should be split into three. Then we A. Don't burn anyone out, and B. We can do more things.

I think this is ready to merge, and addresses all of the Issue #2 items except that we need a new constitution, which should be the old constitution, with the new officers and the addition of the single amendment re. diversity that was voted for at the 2015 AGM. |

This is still missing some details. Mainly, we need to know who proposed and seconded the election of the committee members for the minutes.
