• Markus presented highdicom, a high level tool to manages annotations in DICOM, and Slim, a web-based viewer for digital pathology.
• James introduced SlideFlow and its underlying mechanism and libraries. tfrecords are being used as the main storage object, and it includes a pytorch dataset for loading efficiently tfrecords in pytorch.
