this PR adds an open-source-only coding assistant prompt to the QuickStart docs.

details
  • adds a collapsible copy-paste prompt to the Open Source tab of the QuickStart page
  • keeps the prompt aligned with the documented install, local run, serve, and scheduling flow
  • leaves the Prefect Cloud tab unchanged for now
