In order to include the freshly released CVE fix https://docs.percona.com/percona-server-for-mongodb/8.0/release_notes/8.0.17-6.html it was decided to release an Everest patch with the new psmdb operator version.
UPD: having 3 psdmb operator versions in catalog would mean that the user would need to upgrade first from psmdb 1.19.1 to 1.21.1 then to 1.21.2. So it was decided to keep 2 versions as usual and release OpenEverest 1.12.0 instead of 1.11.1
