• Updated demonstration to illustrate pLDDT visualization
• Added function for more easily generating color schemes
• Fixed a bug caused by creating residue-residue distance networks in the presence of non-residue ligands
• Added various tests to ensure compatibility with ligand-containing structures
• Updated a local database entry that was out-of-sync with the UniProt database, causing test failure
