Allow live voting for certain assignment polls

If live votes was activated and the method is switched or the max amount of votes is changed to sth bigger 1 then the checkbox vanishes but the var "live_voting_enabled" is still in the payload for the backend (error isthrown)

Please remove live_voting_enabled from the payload in this case

Additionally, please correct this if it was discussed and you (plural) decided for sth else
But the not winner results appear to not be sorted in this PR, I saw in the mock-up that the not winner were sorted by the amount of the votes they got

I know that's a projector issue but please clarify if that got forgotten or was discussed and should stay like it is
