v2.29.1

The OpenHistoricalMap fork of iD has been published to npm sporadically over the years but this seems to be the first to appear on GitHub. It incorporates @pedromml's recent work to allow for multiple sources but is not up-to-date with upstream's 2.30.x.

This version of iD feeds into ohm-website via a vendorer process, and into our fork of tasking-manager through npm packaging.
