If a user selects a multiframe raster as input to the qwen task, they should be able to specify which frame to evaluate. This PR adds an optional
imagery_frameinput to the qwen task.Since the maximum value of this input depends on the selection for the
imageryinput,imagery_frameis not listed among the options retrieved fromget_input_optionsfor this task. Instead, the client-side logic inAnalyticsPanel.vuewill determine whether to show a frame slider after a raster data input depending on which raster data is selected.This PR also includes minor refactoring of the logic to show a raster data input/output. If a frame is specified, we show that frame by default.
