This PR adds NCBITaxon:virus as a subclass of COB:organism, as discussed on the 2025-12-15 COB dev call.
Edited to add: NCBITaxon terms tend to have plural and capitalized labels, e.g., this term is labelled "Viruses" in NCBITaxon. Elsewhere in COB, we've modified the label of NCBITaxon terms to conform with our preferred singular & lowercase style, e.g., 'cellular organisms' (in NCBITaxon) --> 'cellular organism' (in COB). I've done the same here, so the label of this term in COB is 'virus'.
