Update version
It's no longer necessary to hack the media types into peony since 1.0 allows configuring them with parameters. Also avoid what seems to be a bug in aiohttp by forcing chunked uploading.

Remove iOS 10.0 which is rare and only exists on two models, limit iPhone SE to versions after 9.3, add iOS 10.3.3.
