• Fix lookup error in pre-1980 PTHP standard efficiency lookups
• Fix errors in create_bar if only one space type per story
• Change default thermostat setpoint schedules for a range of building types, mostly back to their previous versions in ComStock
• Change the default cooling thermostat setpoint in warehouse storage spaces from 80F to 85F.
• Adjust building facade exterior lighting to use perimeter length instead of facade area. Use averages from NEEA data by building type to set default facade exterior lighting values.
