Approve pending tests passing! Out of curiosity, why not update the CHANGELOG and version number before review? Seems less likely to be forgotten that way

Not a big deal but I guess I've always waited til right before merging in case someone else merges a branch into develop and create a new changelog section cause it looks like the your changes in develop have already been registered.
