First release of EvergreenUpdates, a desktop tool for policy teams to monitor
stakeholder websites for news articles.

What's Included

• Windows executable (EvergreenUpdates.exe) — no Python installation required

Features

• Paste in a list of URLs to scan (one per line)
• Outputs results to a CSV (default: news_results.csv)
• Captures title, link, date published, date retrieved, and source URL

Requirements

• A Google API key, from https://aistudio.google.com/api-keys
• A PEM certificate file from your organization (contact [email protected] for support within NRCan)
