Version of the code used for the AuxTel PWV paper.

• robust pyproject.toml
• fit_spectrogram.py and fit_spectrum.py: fix A1 and A2, tighter convergence conditions, angstrom exp bounds 0->4, larger bounds for DCCD and pixshift
• new AuxTel transmissions multispectra_holo4_003_HD200654_20250921_AuxTel_v3.2.1_doSensorFlat_FreePressure_throughput.txt but also BG40 and OG550
• correct little bugs
