Add Sharpe Rug Check

Adds Sharpe Rug Check to the Multi-threat token rug checking section.

The list collects rug checkers and token security scanners, with Multi-threat covering scanners that look beyond one narrow issue. Sharpe Rug Check fits that section as a token risk scanner for contract, liquidity, holder, and trading-risk checks.
