Hi, I'm Mayank 👋

ML engineer and quantitative analyst in energy. M.S. AI Engineering at Carnegie Mellon (Dec 2026), previously Senior Data Scientist at Gentari (PETRONAS), most recently on the load forecasting desk at Five Dimensions Energy, a proprietary power trading firm in the PJM market.

What I work on

⚡ Power markets: production day ahead load forecasting, real time zonal forecasts with uncertainty bands, data center load intelligence

✈️ Agentic AI for engineering: Boeing funded research at the CMU Design Research Collective, building MCP servers that let LLM agents run aircraft design physics end to end (geometry → CFD → propulsion → mission)

☀️ Clean energy ML: solar forecasting that beat vendor accuracy in production, inverter fault detection, private RAG systems
