コンパイルと実行

LLVM Clang

# Linux
$ clang++ -o example1 ch02/2_drill_2_helloWorld.cpp
$ ./example1

# Windows
$ clang++ -o example1.exe .\ch02\2_drill_2_helloWorld.cpp
$ .\example1.exe

GCC

# Linux

ノート

• std_lib_facilities.h に using namespace stdは含まれているが std::は敢えて書いてある。
