Python utility to parse mask names and colors from FreeSurferColorLUT and import them into a syGlass project.

To use, install dependencies with:

pip install -r requirements.txt

Edit the SYGLASS_PROJECT_PATH and LUT_PATH variables in free_surfer_lut_parser.py, and run:

python free_surfer_lut_parser.py
