Fix dropdown alignmen (and visibility problems) after change introduced in 27751. It better solves the original problem.
The solution for 27751 tried to fix the alignment of the dropdown at the top of the slate (the one used for example to select the style for a page), but affected other dropdowns in the slate.
The new solution points better at this dropdown to not affect the rest.
