fix: suppress windows helper command popups

Summary

• route Windows flashgrep daemon startup through the shared no-window process wrapper
• apply the same no-window handling to other Windows helper commands used by search, remote connect, browser control, computer-use, terminal shell detection, and the installer
• keep behavior unchanged outside process creation so Windows no longer flashes transient console windows for these helpers
